One duo of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 actors we spoke with at The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1′s premiere was Amadou Ly and Janelle Froehlich, and during that interview, the subject of their roles in the film came up.
They revealed that they were cast as “Henri” and “Yvette” from the French Coven, which was created by screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg. Rosenberg later explained that this gave her some wiggle room to show what the “Volturi” were up to during the events of Breaking Dawn – that is, foraging the world for back-up – and that the French Coven had a sizable and interesting part in that aspect of the story.
Now, Amadou Ly has expounded upon the issue, promising Twilight fans that the addition of this coven to the story will make them happy.
