Russian magazine “Baltic Broadway” featured Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson in the latest articles about their recent films ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ and ‘Cosmopolis’. Check out the scans:
Both Stewart and Pattinson are on a break from working at the moment, as Stewart wrapped Snow White And The Huntsman filming this winter, and Pattinson just finished up promoting the international premiere of his film Bel Ami in mid-February. Continue reading
MTV’s 2012 Movie Brawl competition for the year’s most-anticipated film has come to a close, and after millions of votes, Robert Pattinson‘s Cosmopolis came out on top, beating out heavy favorites like The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 and The Hunger Games.
Director David Cronenberg spoke to the news, and he issued heavy praise for Pattinson. Continue reading
Lots of articles over the internet have been slamming their phrases over and over again that the Twilight stars are ‘cursed’ and will go no where when the Saga will be over. Folks over at The Stir, wrote: “Let a year or so go by after Breaking Dawn Part 2, and then Pattinson and Stewart will have a better chance at making non-Twihard names for themselves.”
Meanwhile, E! Online posted about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, “both these two have promising projects in the works—Cosmopolis and Bel Ami for Rob, and Snow White and the Huntsman for Kris.” Continue reading
Here are the top things we have to look forward to in the coming year:
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 on DVDAdmit it. You’ve got your Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse DVDs or Blu-rays all lined up proudly in a prominent spot on your shelf. Who doesn’t love having their own copies to turn to again and again? Early in 2012, most likely, the Breaking Dawn – Part 1 DVD will come out, filled with some behind-the-scenes information and glimpses at the making of the film, and just like each disc before it, will go straight into the movie player for the first of many playings. There’s something about seeing the Twilight Saga films on your own TV that definitely makes it worthwhile. Even better? This time, it’ll be the wedding, honeymoon, and incredible birth scene you’re watching. Continue reading
The first poster for Robert Pattinson‘s next movie, Cosmopolis, has been unveiled.
Your casting of Robert Pattinson in ‘Cosmopolis,’ someone whose acting might not be as critically lauded as Mortensen’s, was obviously a well-thought-out decision, then.
Well, Keira’s acting doesn’t always get praise from high-brow critics, either. I would use that parallel. You have a young actor who’s found success with a franchise just like Keira did with ‘Pirates of the Caribbean,’ who’s underrated because of that. In each case, they’re too pretty and too successful so people are jealous. As a result, people assume that they can’t possibly be good actors. Continue reading
Actors need to scare themselves. When I started to talk to [Robert Pattinson for “Cosmopolis”], it became apparent that he was terrified, as Keira was terrified to do Sabina, and that’s always good.
Well I’d watched a movie that I think not too many people have seen called “Little Ashes,” where he plays Salvador Dali, Continue reading
Twilight has been more than kind to Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, but finding box office sunshine outside of the blockbuster franchise has been another matter–and becomes all the more important as the series winds down.
On paper, Pattinson’s films—thanks to the two Harry Potter pics he starred in (Order of the Phoenix and Goblet of Fire)—have grossed the most at the worldwide box office, roughly $3.8 billion.
Stewart and Lautner’s worldwide grosses hover at around $2.2 billion each. As with Pattinson, $1.8 billion of that comes from Summit Entertainment’s first three Twilight pics. The fourth, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn–Part 1, opens Nov. 18. Continue reading
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse presented the first opportunity for score composer Howard Shore to work with METRIC, and now another Robert Pattinson flick is bringing them back together again.
